Register you return online in few simple steps!
- Please login on your account in our shop.
- Go to the box “My account”.
- Choose “My orders”.
- On the list of your order look for the one from which you would like to return goods and choose te box “See order” .
- Next, at the top, next to the box “Order informations”, select box “Return”
- As you can see you don't have current returns so under your payment form choose box “Create new return”.
- Select products which you would like to return, next please select state of product, why do you want to return it and what are your expectations.
- If you are returning products you can also add your bank account number to which we could transfer money later.
- Next please choose if you want to return goods for your own or you want us to pick it up from you (this service is an additional fee)
- In this point you can also write us some additional information- in case of exchange you can write us in which product are you interested in.
- Please attach the return form (you can find it here) it will make our job easier :)
- Now choose “Create return”
- Voilà! Your return has been created and forwarded to us! From now on you will be informed by e-mail about your return.

Information about the right to renounce the contract
You have the right to renounce the hereby contract within 14 days without the need to give the reason for doing so.
The date for renouncement the contract elapses after 14 days from the day you came into possession of products or the third person, other than the shipment agency, you named came into possession of the products.
In order to exercise the right to renounce the contract you must inform us (GNL Gabriela Wójcicka, ul. Brukowa 10, 91-341 Łódź, Poland, e-mail: email@example.com phone +48 509674056) about your decision to renounce the hereby contract by way of clear explicit statement (sent by traditional post or by e-mail).
You may use the form for renouncement of the contract, but it is not obligatory. You may also fill in and send the form for renouncement of the contract or any other clear explicit statement by e-mail to our address firstname.lastname@example.org. In case you use this possibility we will send back by return the confirmation of reception of the information about renouncement of the contract on durable media.
In order to keep the deadline for renouncement of the contract it is sufficient to send the information about exercising the right you have to renounce the contract before the deadline for renouncement.
Consequence of renouncement
In case of renouncement the contract we return all your payments including shipment costs (except for additional costs consequential to the shipment of your selection other than the cheapest ordinary means of delivery we offer) by return, but not later than 14 days from the day we got the information about your decision of exercising the right to renounce the hereby contract. Payment shall be returned by the same way of payment you used in your original transaction unless you explicitly consented to other solutions; in any case, you shall not bear any costs related to the return. We reserve the right to withhold the return payment until the product is returned or the proof of its return shipment is sent over to us depending on which of these two occurs earlier.
You are asked to send the product back immediately, at least not later than 14 days from the day you informed us about renouncement of contract. The deadline is kept if you send the product back within 14 days. You shall bear direct costs of product return.
You shall bear responsibility for decreased value of the product resulting from using it in other way than necessary for stating its character, features and functions.
In case you intend to exchange you are asked to consult us in order to find out whether a given product is currently accessible in other size or colour.

In case of exchange customer bear the cost of the delivery the new product.
In case of product defects, i.e. inconsistency of the product with the contract you have the right to submit a complaint. The claimed product should be sent back together with the proof of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice, computer print confirming bank transfer of payment, etc.) and the description of the defect as well as your expectations as to the settlement of the claim to the following address:
